{"id":2336,"date":"2025-01-29T22:28:37","date_gmt":"2025-01-30T06:28:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eltermometro.mx\/?p=2336"},"modified":"2025-01-29T22:28:40","modified_gmt":"2025-01-30T06:28:40","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-par-de-presuntos-narcomenudistas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eltermometro.mx\/index.php\/2025\/01\/29\/vinculan-a-proceso-a-par-de-presuntos-narcomenudistas\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a par de presuntos narcomenudistas\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Narcomenudeo, obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en audiencias celebradas por separado, de dos sujetos por delitos contra la salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con base en los elementos de prueba y argumentos presentados por el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, el Juez de Control otorg\u00f3 como la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, en ambos asuntos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la primera audiencia se inici\u00f3 proceso en contra de Fernando Yoni \u201cN\u201d, por el delito contra la salud en su modalidad de narcomenudeo (posesi\u00f3n simple del psicotr\u00f3pico denominado metanfetamina), debido a que el 23 de enero de 2025 fue detenido por elementos de la Fuerza Estatal de Seguridad Ciudadana (FESC), en calle Doceava en el ejido Guadalupe Victoria, Valle de Mexicali, en posesi\u00f3n de 40 bolsas con metanfetamina con peso neto de 19,233 miligramos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras que Luis Mat\u00edas \u201cN\u201d fue vinculado por el mismo delito, el imputado ten\u00eda en su poder la cantidad de 18.852 miligramos de metanfetamina, el 23 de enero de 2025 fue detenido por elementos de la FESC en avenida Valle Corregidora y calle Novena del ejido Guadalupe Victoria del Valle de Mexicali.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Narcomenudeo, obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en audiencias celebradas por separado, de dos sujetos por delitos contra la salud.
