{"id":3455,"date":"2025-04-25T11:08:15","date_gmt":"2025-04-25T18:08:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eltermometro.mx\/?p=3455"},"modified":"2025-04-25T11:08:20","modified_gmt":"2025-04-25T18:08:20","slug":"vinculan-a-sujeto-por-tentativa-de-feminicidio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eltermometro.mx\/index.php\/2025\/04\/25\/vinculan-a-sujeto-por-tentativa-de-feminicidio\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a sujeto por tentativa de feminicidio\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un hombre acusado de intentar de privar de privar de la vida a una joven fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de feminicidio en grado de tentativa, hecho registrado en el fraccionamiento Valle de Las Misiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con base a los elementos de prueba presentadas por el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico adscrito a la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Investigaci\u00f3n de Delitos Contra la Vida, el juez de control concedi\u00f3 como medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva y otorg\u00f3 un plazo de cuatro meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c1ngel Arturo \u201cN\u201d, se relaciona en los hechos registrados aproximadamente a la 02:45 horas del 30 de marzo de 2025, cuando se recibi\u00f3 un llamado v\u00eda C5 en el cual comunicaba que hab\u00edan disparado a una joven, quien se encontraba lesionada. La v\u00edctima fue trasladada al Hospital General para ser atendida de las lesiones provocadas por disparo de arma de fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iniciando la integraci\u00f3n a la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, con diversas entrevistas a testigos y pruebas periciales se logr\u00f3 obtener datos de prueba contundentes para establecer la identidad del probable responsable y solicitar la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de \u00c1ngel Arturo \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un hombre acusado de intentar de privar de privar de la vida a una joven fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de feminicidio en grado de tentativa, hecho registrado en el fraccionamiento Valle de Las Misiones.
