{"id":69,"date":"2024-09-30T15:28:18","date_gmt":"2024-09-30T22:28:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eltermometro.mx\/?p=69"},"modified":"2024-09-30T15:28:43","modified_gmt":"2024-09-30T22:28:43","slug":"logra-fge-otra-vinculacion-a-proceso-a-imputada-de-fraude","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eltermometro.mx\/index.php\/2024\/09\/30\/logra-fge-otra-vinculacion-a-proceso-a-imputada-de-fraude\/","title":{"rendered":"Logra FGE otra vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso a imputada de fraude"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda Regional de Mexicali present\u00f3 elementos de prueba suficientes para lograr una nueva vinculaci\u00f3n de Ira\u00eds Jazm\u00edn \u201cN\u201d, acusada por el delito de fraude espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia, el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n de Delitos Contra el Patrimonio, Sociedad, Estado y Justicia, estableci\u00f3 que la imputada fue denunciada por realizar la venta de un inmueble del que no ten\u00eda autorizaci\u00f3n para hacerlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a los datos contenidos en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, el 8 de octubre de 2020, la v\u00edctima celebr\u00f3 contrato de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios con la imputada para realizar el tr\u00e1mite de adquisici\u00f3n de una vivienda entreg\u00e1ndole la cantidad de 175 mil pesos como apartado de una vivienda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n se estableci\u00f3 que dicho tr\u00e1mite de compra venta que celebraron no tiene validez, porque el inmueble le pertenece a otra persona desde el a\u00f1o de 1995, y la propietaria no autoriz\u00f3 a la imputada para venderlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al finalizar la audiencia, el Juez consider\u00f3 que existen elementos suficientes para fijar en contra de Ira\u00eds Jazm\u00edn \u201cN\u201d, la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, adem\u00e1s concedi\u00f3 a la Fiscal\u00eda dos meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda Regional de Mexicali present\u00f3 elementos de prueba suficientes para lograr una nueva vinculaci\u00f3n de Ira\u00eds Jazm\u00edn \u201cN\u201d, acusada por el delito de fraude espec\u00edfico.
