{"id":822,"date":"2024-11-04T12:27:59","date_gmt":"2024-11-04T20:27:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eltermometro.mx\/?p=822"},"modified":"2024-11-04T12:28:01","modified_gmt":"2024-11-04T20:28:01","slug":"inician-proceso-a-presunto-pederasta","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eltermometro.mx\/index.php\/2024\/11\/04\/inician-proceso-a-presunto-pederasta\/","title":{"rendered":"Inician proceso a presunto pederasta"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado California, a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Delitos Contra Mujeres por Raz\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero, obtuvo auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso penal en contra de Sergio Edgar \u201cN\u201d, acusado pederastia agravada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con base a los elementos de prueba y alegatos presentados al Juez de Control por la agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, se estableci\u00f3 la presunta responsabilidad del imputado en el hecho que se le atribuye.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con lo expuesto en la audiencia, el imputado, en diversas ocasiones, realiz\u00f3 tocamientos lascivos aprovechando que se encontraba solos y en otras ocasiones la oblig\u00f3 a observarlo desnudo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez presentada la denuncia, se integr\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n con la declaraci\u00f3n de la menor, certificado m\u00e9dico de la v\u00edctima, as\u00ed como el dictamen en materia de psicolog\u00eda fueron algunos datos de prueba que permitieron su vinculaci\u00f3n por el delito de pederastia agravada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo anterior, el Juez de Control determin\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada para el imputado, adem\u00e1s fij\u00f3 el plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado California, a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Delitos Contra Mujeres por Raz\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero, obtuvo auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso penal en contra de Sergio Edgar \u201cN\u201d, acusado pederastia agravada.
