Yuma, Arizona.- The Consulate of Mexico in Yuma, Arizona, invites the general public to «Essence of Mexico» a Mexican music concert with a modern approach through Jazz.
Desert Jazzers will be in charge of taking us on a musical journey through classic songs by Mexican composers such as Agustfn Lara, Armando Manzanero, Consuelo Velåsquez, and José Alfredo Jiménez, among others.
The ensemble comprises experienced musicians who are all members of the Mexicali Chamber Orquestra.
Join us next Thursday, June 01, 2023, at 7:30 PM at the Yuma Historic Theater at 254 S. Main St., Yuma, AZ 85364. The event is open to the public of all ages, and admission is free of charge.
